GALV TECH ANTI SPATTER SPRAY is a specially formulated spray, designed for the prevention of weld spatter adhesion in the areas adjacent to MIG/Arc welded seams or joints. The formulation of this product is designed to achieve this end without the normal problems associated with this type of application, particularly non-adhesion of subsequent coatings, ie paint or hot-dip galvanizing, without the requirement of special pre-treatments.
The formulation is free from chlorinated solvents and other constituents that may be considered harmful/hazardous to health. GALV TECH ANTI SPATTER SPRAY is also free from silicone and mineral oils. There are, therefore, no health damaging decomposition by-products produced during the welding process. The addition of short term corrosion inhibitors ensures a minimum requirement for extra care after the welding process has taken place.
